<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver management system capable of estimating a bad physical condition of a driver on duty who is engaged in transportation. <P>SOLUTION: A portable radio communication terminal 10 and a server device 20 are connected via a network. The portable radio communication terminal 10 has: a storage part for storing a first prescribed time to be a reference total time for work and rest of the driver, a second prescribed time to be a criterion for stoppage time, and a threshold value to be a criterion for a lack of rest; a position detection means for measuring position data; a clock part for outputting time of day data; and a control unit which starts processing for recording the position data and time of day data to the storage part when a signal indicating travel start of a vehicle is inputted, calculates a total sum of stoppage time from the position data and time of day data with a time during which a position of the vehicle does not change for the second prescribed time or longer when the first prescribed time has passed since the travel started, and transmits to the server device information of the lack of rest when a ratio of the total stoppage time against the first prescribed time is smaller than the threshold value. The server device 20 has a storage part and a control unit for storing driver information to be received from the portable radio communication terminal in the storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
