<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response of an opening/closing operation of a valve, etc., driven by an actuator. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator 1 has a first pole 10, a permanent magnet 30 disposed inside of the first pole 10, a second pole 11, a third pole 12, a coil 50, and a movable member 40. When a current is flown to the coil 50 in a prescribed direction, the movable member 40 is rotated counterclockwise by a counterclockwise suction force that acts between a projection part 46 and a tip end surfaces 16, 17 of the first pole 10 and a counterclockwise suction force that acts between a tip end surface 19 of the third pole 12 and a right end part of the movable member 40. Meanwhile, when the current is flown to the coil 50 in an opposite direction to the prescribed direction, the movable member 40 is rotated clockwise by a clockwise thrust force that acts between the projection part 46 and a tip end surfaces 15, 16 of the first pole 10 and a clockwise suction force that acts between a tip end surface 18 of the second pole 11 and a left end part of the movable member 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
