PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a powder storage device which prevents clogging of a filter of the powder storage device in which the filter for adjusting internal pressure of a storage space sealing fine particles to be charged is set, and prevents condensation and scattering, etc. of the powders by rise of the internal pressure of the powder storage device; a development device; a developer replenishment device; an imaging unit; and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The development device 1 has: developer 2 consisting of toner as the powders to be charged and a carrier of magnetic powder; a case 3 for storing the developer 2; a churning screw 4 as a churning conveyance member for churning and conveys the developer 2 in the case 3; a development roller 5 as a developer carrier for carrying the developer 2 supplied from the churning screw 4 on the surface; and the filter 6 for adjusting the internal pressure of the case 3 provided in the case 3.
