PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light source device capable of preventing breakage of a reflector, and to provide a manufacturing device of the light source device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the light source device comprises a fixing step in which a reflector 12 is fixed to a reflector support device 20 with a prescribed pressure, a lamp positioning step in which a lamp 11 is positioned to the reflector 12 so that illumination intensity may become maximum, a turning off step to turn off the lamp 11, a first cooling step to cool the reflector 12 and the lamp 11 during a first cooling time t1, an adhesive injection step to inject an adhesive 42 to adhere mutually the reflector 12 and the lamp 1, an adhesive solidifying step to solidify the adhesive 42 by lighting the lamp 11 and sending a hot air, a waiting step to turn off the lamp 11 and to stop sending the hot air and wait during a waiting time t2, and a second cooling step to cool the reflector 12 and the lamp 11 during a second cooling time t3 by sending a cold air.
