PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wheelie control device having good responsivity, capable of avoiding a wheelie even without lowering the output of an engine, and stably using the controlled wheelie; and a motorcycle loading the wheelie control device. SOLUTION: The wheelie control device and the motorcycle comprises a posture detecting sensor 24f detecting a posture lifting a front wheel of a vehicle body, a rear wheel braking device 5r braking a rear wheel 2r, and a control portion determines that it is wheelie when a posture control value indicating the posture is not less than a first reference value, and braking the rear wheel 2r by the rear wheel braking device 5r.
