PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designed laminated sheet-coated metal plate not using a halogen-containing resin, having good processability, provided with internal embosses capable of being visibly confirmed through its smooth transparent surface and having a depth feeling and a three-dimensional feeling, having no problem even in a boiling water immersion test and suitably usable in a unit bath. SOLUTION: The designed laminated sheet 100 is constituted by laminating at least three layers, that is, a base material layer 10, an adhesive layer 20 and a surface layer 30 in this order and the base material layer is a non-oriented layer based on a polyester resin, containing a pigment and having an uneven design due to embossing on its surface on the side of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is based on a mixed composition containing an ultraviolet curable adhesive and a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate terminal in a predetermined ratio and the cured matter thereof is a layer which has a predetermined storage elastic modulus and of which the thickness is sufficient to perfectly embed the embossed projections of the base material layer.
