PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost wiring board having an excellent effect for the suppression of unwanted radiation. SOLUTION: A single layer flexible printed board 13 where a through-hole 14 is formed in the thickness direction, and a rigid member 18 having the structure where copper foil 17 is formed to an insulated base material 15, are joined with a bonding agent 19.
