摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal angle measuring method and a position coordinate measuring method, enabling even an unskilled person to readily and accurately measure in the evening or in bad weather. SOLUTION: A laser light emitting device 1 for radiating a horizontal laser beam T toward, for example, the inside of a prescribed azimuth angle range or the whole azimuth is installed on a survey point P1, by using one point on a vertical line passing the survey point P1 as the radiation center BO. A condensing imaging device, such as a CCD camera 2 having a condensing lens 12 and an image face 13, is installed on an installation point A1, rotatably around a vertical rotation axial core O2. The CCD camera 2 is rotated about the rotation axial core O2 on the installation point A1, and coincidence of an optical axis J of the condensing lens 12 with the radiation center BO of the laser beam T is detected by image formation of the laser beam on a prescribed position on the image face 13, for example, the coordinate origin G, and a horizontal angle around the installation point A1 between another survey point, a known point, a reference azimuth or a reference line passing the installation point, and the survey point P1 is determined.
