PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle running test device capable of instantly determining whether a test is interrupted or continued when a fault occurs in a vehicle running test. SOLUTION: The vehicle running test device comprises an on-vehicle terminal 10 having a data collecting/accumulating section 101 for collecting, as data, signals flowing in an in-vehicle LAN 51 and a fault determining section 102 for primarily determining a serious fault based on the collected data using a predetermined reference. The vehicle running test device also comprises an analysis server 20 having a fault analysis section 202 for analyzing the data acquired from the on-vehicle terminal 10 with reference to the database 201 storing a fault instance and secondarily determining a fault degree.
