PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of preventing condensation water from staying in a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery system 10 is provided with the heat exchanger 18 for exhaust heat recovery in which an exhaust gas passage for heat exchanging the exhaust gas with a cooling medium is divided into an upper side heat exchanging portion 30A and a lower side heat exchanging portion 30B, and a passage switching valve 24 capable of adjusting the flow ratio of the exhaust gas introduced into the upper side heat exchanging portion 30A and the lower side heat exchanging portion 30B of the heat exchanger 18 of the exhaust gas recovery.
