PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is excellent in low temperature fixing property, offset resistance and electric resistance. SOLUTION: The toner is obtained at least by dispersing in an aqueous medium a solution or a dispersion liquid prepared by dissolving or dispersing a composition containing a polymer having a part which can react with an active hydrogen group in an organic solvent and, thereafter, by making the polymer having a part which can react with an active hydrogen group with a compound having the active hydrogen group, wherein the polymer having a part which can react with an active hydrogen group is obtained by reacting aliphatic polyol, polyester resin and diisocyanate compound to one another and has an isocyanate group on the terminal.
