PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently install a system even in a narrow installation space, by reducing unburnt carbon and dust, by heating exhaust gas, while miniaturizing the equipment itself. SOLUTION: A heating means installed in the exhaust gas processing system 1 is composed of a magnetic substance 5 capable of flowing the exhaust gas, a microwave antenna 9 outputting a microwave to the magnetic substance, and a microwave oscillating means arranged outside a metallic vessel body 3, connected to the microwave antenna, composed of a microwave oscillating semiconductor element and a microwave amplifying circuit and oscillating the microwave by required output.
