PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fog-forming device without requiring the mixing of a fogging agent and an insecticide in advance to form the fog for killing insects, forming the fog safely and also extending the fog-forming time. SOLUTION: This fog-forming device 1 by feeding the fogging agent into a high temperature gas to gasify and cooling by utilizing the temperature difference with an outer atmosphere to form the fog is equipped with a pulse-jet engine 10 as a driving force for generating a high temperature gas, a tank 51 for separately storing a first medicinal liquid constituting the fogging agent and a tank 52 for storing a second medicinal liquid, and a piping 55 for joining the tanks 51, 52 with the pulse-jet engine 10, wherein, the feeding pipe is equipped with a mixing valve 57 as a joining part for joining the first medicinal liquid 51A with the second medicinal liquid 52A so as to join the multiple number of medicinal liquids through the joining part and feed into the high temperature gas generated from the pulse-jet engine from an injection nozzle 53.
