PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box consisting of a corrugated fiberboard wherein the history of being wet with water can be checked even if the corrugated fiberboard is dried later when the packing box is wet with rain or the like during the storage or transport. SOLUTION: A part of a water-soluble paper 6 is affixed to a surface of a corrugated fiberboard with adhesives 7a, 7b, 7c. Whether the corrugated fiberboard is wet with water is detected by the state of a non-affixed portion of the water-soluble paper 6. In order to prevent the water-soluble paper 6 from being detached from the packing box or broken during the storage or the transport, the water-soluble paper 6 is preferably affixed to an inner surface of the corrugated fiberboard.
