PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize a mechanism, to improve durability, to reduce costs, to improve degree of freedom in thickness design of a seat surface and height design of a fender, and to improve commodity value. SOLUTION: When structuring the seat device 1 of a speed sprayer M by arranging a seat 3 in the top surface 2u of the fender 2 and turnably supporting a front end 3f of the seat 3 with a turning support part 4, stay parts 5p and 5q provided in the seat 3 are extended toward a lower surface 2d side of the fender 2 through slit parts 6p and 6q formed in the fender 2, and tips of the stay parts 5p... are turnably supported by the turn support part 4 arranged in the lower surface 2d of the fender 2.
