摘要 <p>The injection molding machine for production of injection molded parts by injecting plasticizable materials into injection molding tool, comprises clamping means for holding and moving the tool section between the open and closed position of tool with first drive, second drive for rotating the drive of plasticizable screw (6) for conveying the materials, a third drive for a linear movement of the screw and a fourth drive for driving the components of the injection molding machine. The drives are electrically synchronized drive (2) with a rotor, a stator and with a converter. The injection molding machine for production of injection molded parts by injecting plasticizable materials into injection molding tool, comprises clamping means for holding and moving the tool section between the open and closed position of tool with first drive, second drive for rotating the drive of plasticizable screw (6) for conveying the materials, a third drive for a linear movement of the screw and a fourth drive for driving the components of the injection molding machine. The drives are electrically synchronized drive (2) with a rotor, a stator and with a converter. The converter exhibits an output device, at which an information signal is provided, which allows the determination of the rotor position of the synchronous drive. The components comprise injection, closure device and transport device. The information signal directly represents the position of the rotor and provides information with respect to the rotating direction of the rotor. The synchronous drive exhibits controller- or regulator means that use the information signal for controlling or regulating the synchronous drive at the output device of the converter. The controller- or regulator means are arranged within the converter and in a superior process control system. The information signal is continuously adjusted and/or provided. Means are provided for data exchange for a bus system, through which an exchange of information between the converter and the superior process control system is provided. Drive chain of the clamping means exhibits knee lever and spindle. The synchronous drive comprises drives, which contain full pole machine, for turborotor, salient pole machine for interior pole rotor, synchronous servo motors with permanent magnet, direct drive for torque drives and high-torque-drives. An independent claim is included for a method for controlling or regulating an electrical synchronous drive.</p>
