<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device with which a bright and high-contrast display is obtained by suppressing disclination by an influence of an electrical field of adjacent pixels. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection type liquid crystal display device is provided with a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, TFTs provided for each pixel area sectioned by the scan lines and the data lines, common electrodes 9, pixel electrodes 8 which generate a horizontal electrical field between the common electrodes 9 and a reflection electrode 14 on a TFT array substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
