<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent theft by constituting such that work by a working part is forbidden when detecting the action status of a certification part and it is detected that the certification part does not work. <P>SOLUTION: In the working machine, a timer is set (S11) and it is determined whether or not a predetermined time is passed (S12) or an engine starter switch is turned ON (S13). When the predetermined time is passes (S12: YES) or when it is determined that the engine starter switch is turned ON (S13: YES), determination that proper display controller is connected (S14) or a checking program is memorized (S15) or the checking program is functioned (S16) is performed. When the proper display controller is not connected (S14: NO), when the checking program is not memorized (S15: NO) or when the checking program is not functioned (S16: NO), it is determined that there is fear that it is exchanged to a controller not corresponding to anti-theft.
