DRINK, PROCESSED FOOD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING DRINK, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PROCESSED FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain unconventional new drink or food using rice plant so as to prevent decline of rice farming and effectively use a land.

SOLUTION: The drink or processed food is obtained by bringing squeezed liquid of chaff of rice plant on the way to grain filling to the raw material (S10 and S11). The squeezed liquid is preferably a liquid obtained by filtering (S12) squeezed liquid of chaff of rice plant on the way to grain filling, and sterilizing by heating (S13). The processed food is obtained by using the drink as the raw material and bringing to powder, granule or a granular solid form.
