<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of processing by improving transfer efficiency between a processing node and a control node in a parallel processing environment of stream data. <P>SOLUTION: In a control node device 101 connected to a plurality of processing node devices, a response limit time setting part 205 sets the response limit time, a delay time allowed to the stream data as a storage time for the stream data. When a stream data input part 202 inputs the stream data, a stream data storage part 203 stores the input stream data each time the stream data is input during the storage time, and a processing node selection part 204 selects a processing node device for performing data processing for the stored stream data from among the plurality of the processing node devices.
