<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate physical faceted data again for printing while requiring minimum correction on the physical faceted data. <P>SOLUTION: When document data are received, faceting information for the document data is generated, and the document data and the faceting information are stored in a form XOjbect format to be used as a template for generating the physical faceted data. In this process, modification check information showing whether respective pages in the physical faceted data are modified or not is generated along with document page information and relevant information about the physical faceted data. During a physical faceted data generation process, if there is already generated physical faceted data, only the page, on which modification is confirmed by the modification check information, in the physical faceted data and the page corresponding to a page, for which newly faceted data are generated by a user, are corrected to generate the physical faceted data again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
