<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction apparatus having a reactor made of a metal substrate, in which thickness of the metal substrate constituting the reactor can be reduced while strength of the reactor is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction unit 500A is equipped with a reactor to induce reaction of a reaction substance. The reactor is composed of a box 511 having side plates 513 to 516 along the external edge of a top plate 512 and having an opening in the lower part, intersection partitioning plates 521 to 527 disposed so as cross the lower face of the top plate 512 and joined to the lower face of the plate 512, and a bottom plate 530 to close the opening in a state the partitioning plates 521 to 527 are joined to the box 511. The top plate 512 can be reinforced by joining the partitioning plates 521 to 527 to the top plate 512, and the wall thickness of the reactor can be reduced while suppressing deformation of the reactor by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the reactor when the reactor is housed in an insulating container 791 with reduced inner pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
