PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic field analysis method which can contribute to easy, efficient and practical electronic equipment development. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic field analysis is performed in a certain lattice size, and then in a lattice size smaller than it. The electromagnetic field analysis is continued while reducing the lattice size until the difference between the analysis result of the previous electromagnetic field analysis and the analysis result of the current electromagnetic field analysis is smaller than a predetermined value.
