PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroosmotic flow pump system capable of making liquid infiltrate to an inside of electroosmotic material at a time of start of an electroosmotic flow pump. SOLUTION: This electroosmotic flow pump system is provided with the electroosmotic flow pump 50 provided in a carrier pipe 10 of liquid, and a self-contained pump 43 dischaging liquid in the carrier pipe and supplying the same to the electroosmotic flow pump.
