PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce both of the heat and the radiation noise generated by a circuit device (chip device) mounted on a rotary part of a counter of the X-ray CT device. SOLUTION: A thermal conductor 84 with the predetermined thickness is mounted on the back surface of a chip device 83 which is set on a rotary part of a counter rotating around the subject rapidly, and a first metallic shield box 85 covers the thermal conductor 84 to fix to the chip device 83. Furthermore, the first shield box 85 is covered with the second metallic shield box 86, and a radiowave absorbent sheet 87 is bonded on at least one of the inner surface of the second shield box 86 or the outer surface of the first shield box 85. Then the end parts of the first shield box 85 and the second shield box 86 are connected to a GND (ground) layer 89 of the circuit board 81 loaded with the chip device 83.
