PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for supplying materials to be treated in a pasteurizer comprising a receiving structure of materials to be treated lying between a main conveyer and a supplying/conveying means such as a supply conveyer in a pasteurizer, wherein the materials to be treated are prevented from falling down due to difference in height between the conveying surface of the main conveyer and that of the supply conveyer in an inexpensive countermeasure structure; and to provide a pasteurizer provided with the structure. SOLUTION: The structure for supplying materials to be treated in a pasteurizer for replacing the material to be treated F to the main conveyer 2 from the supplying/conveying means (the supply conveyer 4) to supply the material, wherein both or either one of the supplying/conveying means and/or the main conveyer 2 are/is provided with a position-adjusting mechanism 10 for adjusting conveying function surfaces 20, 30 to each other so that the conveying function surfaces 20, 30 almost always connects to each other.
