PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box with a content-fastening function, which surely fastens contents and prevents the contents from being broken and damaged during their storage, transportation and handling even when a plurality of the contents are packaged. SOLUTION: The paper box with the content-fastening function is a rectangular parallelepiped paper box comprising four side plates, an upper surface plate and a bottom surface plate. The bottom surface plate and the upper surface plate comprise bottom surface inner plates and upper surface inner plates both continuously connected to the lower ends and the upper ends of a pair of opposing side plates via a folding line respectively, and bottom surface outer plates and upper surface outer plates both continuously connected to the lower ends and the upper ends of a pair of opposing side plates via a folding line respectively. There is attached to the paper box with the content-fastening function, a strip-like excellently flexible plastic film one end of which is bonded to the inner surface of the bottom surface outer plate and the other end of which has a length reaching at least the end of the upper surface outer plate.
