PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing case having suitable packing operability which can reduce interference between the opening edge of an upper case and a cushion material when covering the upper case on the cushion material. SOLUTION: The packing case 1 is provided with a pallet 2 with a tray, the upper case 3 in which a bottom face covering the side face and top face of a packed article is opened, and the cushion material 4 formed of a corrugated cardboard which can protect the packed article arranged on the pallet 2 with a tray from an external impact. Slanting pieces 10 projecting upwardly inside the tray 5 from corners located outside upper ends of the tray are provided on the cushion material 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
