PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug bagging device capable of rapidly bagging a drug without causing any damage. SOLUTION: The drug bagging device comprises a drug bag positioning member 4 for positioning a drug bag 13 while its opening part is opened, a first movable member 37 which has a bottom face with a fed drug 11 to be placed, relatively reciprocated with respect to the drug bag 13 positioned by the drug bag positioning member 4, and positioned at the feed position in the drug bag 13 and the waiting position outside the drug bag 13, a second movable member 38 which is relatively reciprocated with respect to the first movable member 37 or the drug bag 13, and has a guide face 47 capable of guiding the fed drug 11 to the bottom face, and a drive control means 59 capable of keeping the drug 11 fed to the bottom face by the guide face 47 in the drug 13 by relatively moving the first movable member 37 from the feed position to the waiting position with respect to the drug bag 13, and maintaining the positional relationship of the second movable member 38 with respect to the drug bag 13.
