A transporting device has a circulatory transporting device (3), a drive for driving the circulatory transporting device (3), at least one advancer/feeder element circulating in common with the transporting device (3), the latter being arranged such that a plane formed vertically through the top end and bottom end of the transporting device is arranged at an angle (alpha) of approximately 45 deg. to horizontal plane. An independent claim is given for a filling- and/or packing-machine.
