摘要 <p>u A method for the production of a nano-composite material (I) based on rubber and cellulose, involves mixing rubber latex and cellulose xanthate together, passing the mixture through a flow reactor under inert gas at elevated pressure and precipitating (I) in the reactor with acid in a shear flow. u Independent claims are included for (1) equipment for the production of (I), comprising a mixer connected to a flow reactor fitted with a device for adding coagulating acid and also operating with elevated pressure on the inlet side and/or reduced pressure on the outlet side (2) nano-composite material (I) as above, consisting of cellulose fibres with diameters in the nano range, oriented primarily in the direction of production (flow) and bound together by rubber, so that (I) shows high strength and rigidity in the flow direction and high flexibility in the cross direction .</p>
