<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide an inorganic electrolyte setting agent that on the basis of geological balance of elements, is capable of realizing nearly perpetual lockdown of hazardous heavy metals and utilization thereof as a resource, and provide a method of treatment for utilization as a resource with the use of the inorganic electrolyte setting agent. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided an inorganic electrolyte setting agent capable of rendering heavy metal ions nonhazardous, characterized by being composed of an aqueous solution containing, as a main agent, not only the following component (A) but also at least one of the following components (B) and (C): (A) sulfuric acid, (B) at least one of aluminum sulfate and polyaluminum sulfate, and (C) at least one of polyferric sulfate and ferric chloride, and, as a concomitant agent, an aqueous solution containing: (D) at least one of potassium silicate and sodium silicate.</p> |
