An active driver is provided to generate an internal voltage maintaining a stable potential level even when the intensity of a used current increases due to a test operation. An active driver(300) includes an internal voltage supply node and an internal voltage generation unit(320). The internal voltage generation unit generates an internal voltage having a first potential level during a normal operation and then provides the internal voltage to an internal voltage supply node. A test internal voltage driving unit(340) drives an external voltage having a second potential level higher than the first potential level to the internal voltage supply node during a test operation.
