FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for water heating and may be used in heat and power engineering. Boiler comprises combustion chamber screened with tubes, device for swirling of water flow and device for cleaning of screens external surface. Screens are arranged in the form of modules. One of modules is arranged as flat-topped to embrace combustion chamber on top and sides. Device for swirling of water flow is arranged in the form of tangential trapezoidal boxes that connect adjacent tubes of screens to each other along their common axis. Device for cleaning of external surface of screens is located in intermodule space of screens and consists of two spring-loaded combs fixed in stems and equipped with metal rope, which are joined to each other with the help of pins and nuts. ^ EFFECT: simplification of design and manufacturing technology, assembly of boiler piping, with simultaneous reduction of its manufacturing labour-intensiveness, and also performance of mechanical cleaning of external surfaces of pipes without boiler shutdown. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
