<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system for a rotary heat storage burner capable of securing safety by quickly and positively detecting an operation malfunction of the rotary storage burner when carrying out the multi-fuel combustion of gas and oil in the rotary heat storage burner. <P>SOLUTION: The operation system controls the operation of the rotary heat storage burner 2, and is provided with a flowmeter 15 measuring a supply amount of combustion air supplied to the rotary heat storage burner 2, a thermometer 16 measuring a temperature of exhaust gas exhausted from the rotary heat storage burner 2, and a controller 17. In the controller 17, if the combustion air supply amount measured by the flowmeter 15 is smaller than a predetermined threshold, and the exhaust gas temperature measured by the thermometer 16 is higher than a predetermined threshold, it is determined that a heat reservoir 102 of the rotary heat storage burner is blocked, and the supply of the gas and oil being fuel to a burner body is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
