<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning precision of a sealing member when positioning respective constituent members of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell is provided with an electrolyte/electrode assembly equipped with an electrolyte layer and an electrode formed on the electrolyte layer, a gas passage forming part arranged on the electrolyte/electrode assembly and composed of a conductive porous body, a gas separator 30 arranged on the gas passage forming part, a sealing part 27 which is integrally formed with the electrolyte/electrode assembly and the gas passage forming part at the outer peripheral parts of the electrolyte/electrode assembly and the gas passage forming part and which has flexibility and secures gas sealing property by coming into contact with the gas separator 30, and a gas separator positioning part 60 to specify a position of the gas separator 30 against the whole fuel cell. Here, at least one between the gas separator 30 and the gas passage forming part is provided with a gas passage forming part positioning part 47 for specifying a relative position between the gas separator 30 and the gas passage forming part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
