<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation program and a printing system reducing trouble of updating firmware of an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: This installation program makes a client terminal device 2 function as: an acquisition part 7b acquiring rewriting data of the firmware of a network printer 3 and a driver of the network printer 3 corresponding to the network printer 3; an installation processing part 7c installing the driver acquired by the acquisition part 7b to its own device 2; and a transmission part 7d transmitting the rewriting data acquired by the acquisition part 7b to the network printer 3 to update the firmware of the network printer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
