<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container capable of easily taking in/out a large number of trays storing sheet glass etc., of conveying stored objects without damaging them and of appropriately and efficiently conveying the stored objects to their supply place or use place in a manufacturing line etc., easily usable for other applications and highly convenient. <P>SOLUTION: In a container inside space formed by an outer pallet, side plates and an upper cover, a large number of the trays 60 storing sheet glass are stored while placed on an inner pallet 42. Bar-shaped members are detachably fitted to the inner pallet 42. When the trays 60 are stored, the bar-shaped members are fitted to define the position of the trays 60.
