<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications device, a transmission control method, and a transmission control program, through which a high transmission efficiency can be realized. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device is equipped with a storage unit 11, which is provided with two or more storage regions, corresponding to two or more receiving end hypothesises which serve as the receiving ends of data, a detection unit which detects the amount of data stored in the storage regions, a receiving end selecting unit 12 which selects one receiving end from the receiving end hypotheses, at least, on the basis of the amount of data detected, and a transmission signal generating unit 13, which reads out a prescribed amount of data as to the receiving end selected by the receiving end selecting unit 12, from the storage regions and forming transmission signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
