PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation editing method using a dual-region memory which can perform editing, even during operation. SOLUTION: In the mobile station of a train radio system, a memory region for editing is provided on a memory of a control unit, in addition to a memory region for operation, thereby operation and editing are performed simultaneously.
