PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus containing rack for containing a plurality of electronic apparatus while stacking in the vertical direction in which the electronic apparatus are cooled efficiently by cooling air flow flowing entirely from the bottom face toward the upper surface. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus containing rack, a plurality of unit electronic apparatus 32a-32n are contained in the vertical direction in a rack 20 for electronic apparatus, and substantially entire air sucked by a suction fan 31 disposed in the vicinity of the bottom face 21 is introduced by a suction partition 33 to a suction air flow channel 36 between the front surface 23 of the rack 20 and the front surface of the electronic apparatus 32. Suction air in the suction air flow channel 36 is passed through the electronic apparatus 32 from the front side to the backside thereof wherein each electronic apparatus 32 is front suction back discharge type. Furthermore, exhaust air passing through an exhaust air flow channel 37 between the backside of the electronic apparatus 32 and the backside 24 of the rack 20 is discharged to the outside from an exhaust fan 30 on the upper surface 22 by an exhaust partition 34.
