PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission type illumination lamp having an anode drawing structure capable of easily drawing to the outside the anode and with superior mass producibility. SOLUTION: An anode and a phosphor 8 are installed on the inner wall of a glass tube 4 and a cathode wire 16 is installed suspended in the tube, and one end side of an anode drawing reed 10 is drawn to one end side in the tube and one end side of the cathode wire 16 is fixed to one end side of the anode drawing reed 10 through an insulating member 12. One end side of a cathode drawing reed 18 is drawn to the other end side in the tube and the other end side of the cathode wire 18 is fixed to the one end side of the cathode drawing reed 18, and the cathode wire 16 is installed in suspension. An anode drawing cup 22 is fixed to the drawing portion 10a into the tube of the anode drawing reed 10 penetrating the center of the cup, and the anode 6 is extended to the inner face of the tube opposed to the anode drawing cup 22 and the anode drawing cup 22 is made to contact with the extended anode 6, and the center of the cup of the anode drawing cup 22 is made to correspond nearly to the tube center of the glass tube 4, and the anode wire 16 is given tension by the adjustment of the fixing position to the drawn portion 10a into the tube of the anode drawing reed 10.
