PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable which can be connected easily and has a high connectivity connecting part for grounding. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable is composed of an external conductive layer provided on an outer circumference of an internal conductor coated with an insulator, and the external conductive layer is composed of: one or a plurality of main conductive layers; and one or a plurality of auxiliary conductive layers provided on an outer circumference of the main conductive layer. At least one layer of the above auxiliary conductive layer has a spirally wound structure composed of one or a plurality of stranded conductors made of a stranding of a plurality of material wires, and at least one end part of the stranded conductors has a connecting part for grounding.
