PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate destinations even in a device having only an operating means of a simple configuration by eliminating a portion of the other parties by a simple user interface and reducing the burden of a user in designating a distribution list for performing batch transmission to a plurality of the other parties to transmit information. SOLUTION: This information transmitter is provided with an address input/output part 105 for displaying an address column in which the other parties can be inputted and an address elimination column in which the other parties to be eliminated from the address column can be inputted and receiving an input of the other party or a group to the address column or address elimination column, an address designating part 106 for eliminating the address of the other party received from the address elimination column from the address of the other party in a group received from the address column and designating the address as a destination when receiving an input of the group from the address column and also receiving an input of the other party registered in the group from the address elimination column, and a transmitting/receiving part 109 for transmitting mail to the designated destination.
