PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control taking out of information to an external storage by an arbitrary application. SOLUTION: This information taking out control method comprises a first step for generating a means for monitoring the connection of an external storage device by a monitor module, and for, when the connection of the external connection device is detected, monitoring an input/output request from an arbitrary application to the external connection device, and for setting information taking out propriety information and a means for monitoring an input/output request unique to the arbitrary application, and for setting information taking out propriety and a second step for making the first and the second input/output request monitoring means grasp the input/output request from the arbitrary application to the connected external storage, and refer to respectively set information taking out propriety information, and permit or inhibit the input/output request to the external storage device according to the information taking out propriety information.
