PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system for providing information to a user in an appropriate form using a robot from the viewpoint of high satisfaction of the user. SOLUTION: In this information management system 10, a first processing part 11 recognizes the user's request recognized by the robot 20 by communications with the user, and searches information according to the request from a database 102. A second processing part 12 designates an information processing terminal 30 which satisfies the requirement that new information can be output from a plurality of information processors 30 having information output function.
