PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange performance by effectively using air sent from a blower fan 7. SOLUTION: Air guiding faces 4a, 6a substantially slanted such that the air sent from the blower fan 7 flows to a core part 3 side are provided on a face wherein an outer rim part of a header tank 4 or a base header tank 6 is hooked. Otherwise, an air guiding member 8 is provided, having an air guiding face 8a. By providing the simple air guiding faces 4a, 6a on one part of the header tank 4 or the base header tank 6, or by providing the air guiding member 8 having the simple air guiding face 8a, the heat exchange performance can be improved by effectively using the air sent from the blower fan 7.
