PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded form retaining the mechanical properties inherent in polyethylene through improving the productivity of the molded form in the blown-film extrusion. SOLUTION: The method for producing the molded form is provided, comprising making a blown-film extrusion of a blend of a polyethylene 940-980 kg/m<SP>3</SP>in density and 0.01-100 g/10min in MI(melt index) determined in accordance with JIS K7210 and a polyethylene wax 890-980 kg/m<SP>3</SP>in density and 500-3,000 in number-average molecular weight(Mn) in terms of polyethylene determined by GPC and meeting the relationship(I):B≤0.0075×K( wherein, B is the content(wt.%) of a component 20,000 in Mn determined by GPC; and K is the melt viscosity(mPa.s) of the polyethylene wax at 140°C ).
