PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-tank liquid stabilizing device capable of effectively stabilizing the oscillation of liquid stored in a floating roof type tank. SOLUTION: The in-tank liquid stabilizing device 20 suppresses the oscillation of liquid 14 stored in a floating roof type tank 10. The in-tank liquid stabilizing device 20 comprises a plurality of supporting bars 22 with one end of each of the supporting bars mounted in an oscillating manner along the edge of the lower side of a floating roof 18, and annular anchors 24 which are connected to other ends of the plurality of supporting bars 22, and arranged opposite to the lower side of the floating roof 18 along the side wall of the bottom face 12a of the floating roof type tank 10.
