PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a rudder is provided in the rear of a marine steering screw, water power generated by the screw is directly applied to the rudder so that the rudder constitutes resistance to obstruct the advancing direction of a ship, although generally in determining the advancing direction of the ship, the rudder located in the rear of the screw is steered to decide the advancing direction. SOLUTION: A screw shaft 2 is oscillated right and left so that the screw 4 itself serves as a rudder, thereby dispensing with the rudder located in the rear of the screw 4 to eliminate the resistance of the rudder and improve fuel consumption.
